At iSensualFlow, your health and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, we maintain a rigorous return policy to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, sanitary product.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Unopened & Sealed: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging.
Hygiene Standard: Once the tamper-evident seal or shrink-wrap is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund due to health and safety reasons.
IMPORTANT – PRIOR AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED: We do not accept unsolicited returns. DO NOT ship any items directly to our Delaware address without contacting our support team first. Unannounced packages sent to New Castle will be refused and cannot be processed for a refund. You must receive a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated warehouse address via email.
2. Quality Issues & Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. We provide a 30-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us immediately with clear photos or a short video of the defect.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases, a return of the defective item is not required.
Important: Please do not discard the product or its original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
4. Exclusions
Personal Preference: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the product “does not meet expectations” or if you changed your mind after opening the package.
Single Claim: Each order is eligible for one after-sales claim only.
Partial Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses. Please wait 3–5 business days after the first arrival before contacting us about “missing” items.
How to Start a Return
Request Approval: Email with your Name, Order Number, and the reason for the return.
Packaging: Once approved, place the unopened item in its original box.
Note: DO NOT use the New Castle address or the address on the original shipping label. We will provide a specific return warehouse address via email. Unauthorized returns to our Delaware hub will be rejected.
Shipment: Drop the package off at your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and send us the Tracking Number.
Inspection & Refund: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm the seal is intact, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
